Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your RunPG account and what happens to your data.
Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open RunPG and go to your Hero Dashboard
- Tap the Settings icon (top-right)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm by tapping Delete Forever
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
Delete via Email
If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Send an email to: support@runpg.fit
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your RunPG account (the one you used to sign in with Google or Apple).
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your hero profile (name, username, level, XP, titles)
- All run history (distance, pace, routes, timestamps)
- Quest progress and completion records
- Friends list, reactions, and challenge history
- Inventory and equipment
- Strava connection tokens (your Strava account itself is not affected)
- Your Firebase authentication record
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no way to recover your hero, XP, run history, or progress after deletion.
What Is Not Affected
- Your Strava account — RunPG only disconnects. Your Strava activities remain on Strava.
- Your Google/Apple account — only the RunPG connection is removed.
- Anonymised analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for product improvement.
